To make your experience safe and effective, please read the following:

*These suggestions are for External Use Only.  Do not ingest!

*The symbol ~ means serious health condition; treat only if a trained medical professional or working in cooperation with one.

*There are a few safety concerns and/or contraindications concerning certain essential oils and some medications.  Please refer to Essential Oil Fact Sheets for these.

*Never use near eyes!

*Keep all essential oils and blends out of reach of children.

*Please consult LovingScents prior to using essential oils with children under 6 years of age or with frail/infirm persons.

*Remember, essential oils are potent.  Less is almost always better.

Often blending several essential oils together creates a “synergy” where the combination becomes more effective than using a singular oil.

Remember:  Some of the listed Health Conditions/Needs take many different forms, so it is important that each oil be researched to determine if it is appropriate for the variation one wishes to address. When in doubt, please contact LovingScents.
